Review of Guardians of the Galaxy (2014) by Craig F — 07 May 2016
Despite another mindless villain (Thor the Dark World), Guardians avoids falling apart due to its leading charisma and talented supporting cast. A visual spectacle, Guardians fling MCU into the cosmos bringing Thanos into view and introducing the infinity stones, setting up a much larger storyline.
As good as any Avengers movie so far, its stellar soundtrack, hilarity and emotion make Guardians a top 3 film for Marvel.
