Review of Guardians of the Galaxy (2014) by Lucas Y — 14 Dec 2015

One of the biggest surprises for me in recent memory. Was very skeptical about this one considering I knew nothing about the comics and didn't care for another superhero movie. GOTG is fresh and fun though.

And the likable characters make it. Never thought Chris Pratt would be a huge movie star till I saw this, but Star Lord kicked ass. This has a lot of heart too, something a lot of superhero movies lack (see the Avengers).

GOTG probably has one of the best soundtracks put together in the past 10 years. Really cool how the incorporate it into the story so much. Looking forward part 2!
