Review of GTO: The Movie (1999) by Zack T — 05 Sep 2010
Read the manga, watched the anime, and followed the live action version. I assumed that this movie is slightly a follow up to the live action version and it has much to be desired. The movie felt like an extended episode of GTO that takes place in a rural setting.
The nosy reporter was just a distraction and the writers could do a better job in coming up with something fresh. I would recommend this to die-hard fans of the GTO series.
