Review of Grudge Match (2013) by Evan L — 08 Oct 2016
I was kind of looking foreword to Grudge Match. It has two legends in it (De Niro and Arkin) and a pretty decent cast. Well, I've gotta say, this movie wasn't great. It, however, was pretty damn funny at times.
THE GOOD: Hilarious jokes from Kevin Hart and Alan Arkin, cool fighting scenes, decent acting from the two leads, entertaining second half.
THE BAD: Horrible beginning, extremely predictable, some jokes failed, cheesy to the point of laughable, bad pace.
OVERALL: Grudge Match is a good movie to watch on cable. I do not recommend running out to see this.
RATING: 5.5/10.
