Review of Groundhog Day (1993) by Ela T — 17 Mar 2012
For me there are two ideas in this movie.
One is the persistence, it is the will to fix things because life forces you to do that, life asks you this, and you accept, and go there every day and try.
The other is the spiritual point of view. Every life that starts you have to solve the problems left in the past life. It would be a wake to a new life, and the situation will only stop when there is no repeat disputes to be resolved.
The film is a serious comedy. A lesson in how life shows us our mistakes and how to give us a chance to hit them.
Repetitive but never boring. Look!
