Finally a film in the National Film Registry that I get! Forget the fact that Groundhog Day is hilarious, what makes it such a philosophically-important, cultural phenomenon is that you're constantly reliving each day with Bill Murray, resulting in you sub-consciously re-evaluating your own life.
Groundhog Day was an experience that I encourage everyone to take.
