Review of Grizzly Man (2005) by Chen Y — 06 Jun 2010
A very interesting documentary about a troubled man and his search for peace in life. i'm not one to romanticize nature and it was obvious to me for the the get go that treadwell was a guy who had some sort of emotional problems but I didn't want to just dismiss him as a nut job.
director herzog does a great job of showing as many sides to the man as he can. and herzog's commentary and interpretations are pretty right on in my view. great film - enjoyed it a lot.
