This movie tires so hard to be so many things at once, a romantic comedy, a dramatic romance, a existential story about dying- but fails on all levels. it should have just picked one and stayed with it.
regardless tho, peet's and mulroney's performances are heartfelt, which is nice, but does not save the film by any means.
