Review of Gremlins (1984) by Entertain Me O — 28 Jul 2013
The best horror comedy I've ever seen. Gizmo is a really cute Mogwai, and Stripe is a cool and badass Gremlin. Lots of laughs and scares. Lots of heart and humor. I still remember the three rules, "Don't expose it to bright light, don't get him wet, and don't feed him after midnight".
Wonder why it wasn't re-rated PG-13, same for Poltergeist, Temple of Doom, and Clash of the Titans. Very dark, and that's another reason why this is unforgettable. Movie worth of scares and laughs.
