Roger Greenberg has some issues. In addition the being a complaint letter writing machine he can't really relate to people nor make or keep friends. Sad sack Florence is a glutton for punishment in any shape it comes in.
Her one joy is singing and she doesn't even seem to take much joy in that. Florence is Phillip Greenberg's assistant and that is how she and Roger cross paths. I'll warm you this is no upper.
Like life it's full of ups and downs but mostly downs. Just don't watch this if you're looking for a pick me up. (Sorry this review is cliche heavy!).
