Roger, a man, halfway between obnoxious and awkward, goes to live in his brother's house while he is away on holiday with his wife and kids. He takes the opportunity to rekindle his friendships from the past and even meet his old girlfriend, and, in the meanwhile, he starts a relationship with Florence, his brother's assistant, a young girl with problems of her own.

I don't know if I get the idea of this movie, it seems kind of pointless. It is certainly very difficult to sympathize with a character such as him despite the best efforts of Ben Stiller. The only attraction of the movie is that at the end he seems to get, finally, into a sort of small learning curve or at least the beginning of it. One thing is for sure, it is certainly not as funny as it is promised in the box.
