Review of Greenberg (2010) by Kyle G — 05 May 2011
Perfectly awkward and gangly, and then, all at once, hilarious. It shines a frisky light into the businesses of nearly everything: states of mind, the past, communication, friendship, expectation, desire.
.. it's rich with the story of life. Ben Stiller can deftly turn his character hateful to lovely at a moment's notice, and Noah Baumbach makes a skillful march into painful and beautiful humanism.
