A well pieced together story that draws real life elements and crafts them into an enthralling story of intrigue, war, and political betrayal. Some great action sequences (but dont expect it to be all action based) and some interesting political thrill points.
The film keeps a good pacing overall but can seem to drag at moments and the action is kinetic but plagued with the "shakey camera" syndrome that so many film makers are taking up today. It's realistic and intense but over used.
The story dwindles but draws your attention and this film just kept me on the edge of my seat wanting to no more until the finale. And by the way Matt Damon makes a good GI Joe.
