The synopsis says it all, 'chief' played by Mat Damon does all he can to continue in less futile means, the project set for his squad to uncover the stated chem. weapons in disclosed areas, issued by a series of commands following the reported source 'magellan' uncovered substatiated site finds to solidify orders to continue to carry out these 'special task force unit' scavenger hunts in a already defeated nation of Iraq after saddam husain fled/dead.

And so in less than propoganda fasion I thought Greg Kinnear's highly required input would lead us into fun for all 'general viewing' catagory. ..it didn't.

Gleeson's role, a c.I.a. field opperative, even though was the other muchly needed input, amounted to not much more than suggestions and government funding to err flash around.

So behind enemy lines and in uniform the chief, still a young looking Mat Damon uncovers all sorts if intel that keeps everyone involved in war a job while getting all Chuck Norris without the bootstraps, going so deep into doo'doo , more than a memo would be needed befor he could come out ...alive,gasping for air.

Loved it for being a basic army action. Not too heroic, a good watch. Only a solid four stars as Damon couldn't get better, much.
