Review of Green Room (2016) by Spud — 11 Jul 2016
Excellent horror/thriller about a punk rock band that ends up playing a gig in the middle of nowhere (northwestern US) and gets into trouble having witnessed something they shouldn't have. Some hacking and some slashing ensues. There isn't too much gore, but, what little there is, is in fact fairly graphic. The cinematography is way higher than this genre's standard, as is the acting.
The soundtrack to this film is also exceptionally good. (And very much on the punk/metal end of the spectrum.
