Review of Green Lantern: First Flight (2009) by Blind P — 13 Oct 2009
I watched this one solely out of curiosity to see what the hype surrounding it's "skew towards older geeks" and supposed increased sophistication would mean.
In short, it was an empty exercise whose only departure from previously viewed genre conventions was the occasional death and use of the word "bitch" once. Hardly the stuff that would 'wow' a viewer.
I didn't expect much, and I was given what I expected.
