Review of Green Lantern (2011) by Benjamin R — 31 May 2014
A fun comic book movie. If you're expecting anything else you're just going to be disappointed. Ryan Reynolds portrays a fun Hal. The problem with the movie is that they focus on the bad guy too much.
It's a character that nobody really cares about, and when the end happens nobody cares that it happens. This was a fun movie with a ton of bad choices. Just sit back and enjoy. And the musical score is fantastic too (James Newton Howard is a great composer).
