Beautifully shot with some incredible acting: I was particularly sold on the dynamics between the fantastic Irvine and Grainger as Pip and Estelle. Flemyng was also adorable as Gargery. It was hard to follow at times due to the nature of cramming so much into so little time but I think Nicholls did an admirable job with the screenplay.

Whilst I found it did little to stand out as something special, this was overall a very well-made film which I really enjoyed.
