Review of Great Expectations (2012) by Nicole G — 13 May 2014
As someone that knows the source material very well, I really thought they did a good job adapting it. As always my favorite actors Helena Bonham Carter and Ralph Fiennes are terrific and also perfectly casted as Havisham and Magwitch.
The rest of the cast did a good job. Of course, the costumes, art direction, and sets are amazing plus great cinematography.
