Review of Grease (1978) by Aaron A — 16 Feb 2012
As most of the musical adaptations around this time, Grease is pretty sugar coated. But this one actually took a few risks, dealing with teen sex and gang violence, and is one of the few that actually made me give two s**ts about what was going on.
And the songs are catchy as all hell. Grease is just a fun delightful film, and hilarious when it tries to pour on the sap.
