Review of Gravity (2013) by Cole S — 04 Jun 2015

Technically brilliant and visually stunning - the film obviously loses a little impact on a TV screen but it's still pretty breathtaking; there are some incredibly tense moments but I have to say, it wasn't quite the non-stop fingernail-chewer I expected.

..the story is pretty slight and things even began to drag slightly in parts despite the short running time. However it's definitely worth seeing,especially in 3D; in terms of special effects and skilful direction, it really sets the bar.
