Grandma is the kind of movie that makes cinema great. Probably made for $10, this is the sort of film that reminds people that movies can be great without special effects, mega-stars and huge promotional budgets.
This is a movie about normal people dealing with normal problems in pretty ordinary ways. However it's perfectly written, it's very funny and quite touching at times.
Of course, and as you might expect, this movie will never hit the multiplex so it will be only be seen by old people in art house theaters.
If you like movies this is a total winner and certainly worth the time and price of admission.
