Some scenes had very nice and interesting angles. And the acting from Elijah Wood was one of the best things about the whole movie. But it wasn't very effective, because it wasn't scary, nor bloody and it lacked of suspense and thrills.
Also, the plot wasn't very clever and it felt very bland.
