Review of Grand Hotel (1932) by Betsy — 19 Jul 2008
This is the second movie I've seen from my list of Academy Award winners where I've enjoyed a much more realistic acting style. Joan Crawford is beautiful and she out-shines Greta Garbo despite playing a stenographer while Greta plays the highly dramatic ballerina.
A great old movie. Would recommend it to anyone who likes classics.
