Very good drama with great ensemble cast all acting their little LA socks off. steve martin is great in the serious role of violent-movie producer who is then the victim of a violent crime, o'donnell goes baby snatching and glover tries to rescue younger relatives from the snatches of evil gang life.
well worth watching. 'life's not supposed to be like this, man!'.
