A good piece that very well may presage the better "Crash," about how life's randomness ultimately connects in strange & mysterious ways, some good. However, GC lacks the fast moving, engaging, entreating & incendiary snap, crackle, & pop, pop, pop poignancy of Best Picture "Crash.
" But the "sermon" is about the same, this a decade, or so, earlier. Worth a look if not in the mood for Marvel. Kline seems always to be good in his roles. No exception here. Near the end, Steverino Martin recites a good soliloquy on it all.
