A symbolic and literal representation of Clint Eastwood's departure, Gran Torino blends multiple emotions, statements and messages into one colorful mixing pot. The photography is gorgeous, the acting engaging and the sets elaborate, Eastwood's film is a beautiful tale stepping away from the hackneyed genres of which he is associated with.
