Review of Gothic (1987) by Larry L — 08 Apr 2008
The first "creative non-fiction" film that I remember seeing. That is to say, it isn't non-fiction at all, but the main characters and setting are/were real...but the story is just fantasized by Ken Russell.
Lots of liquid opium, sex-games and ghost stories. Sounds like a fun weekend, don't you think? Especially with the androgynous antics of Julian Sands and Gabriel Byrne.
