Review of Gorillas in the Mist (1988) by Owen 'Mshengu' G — 11 Nov 2007
I saw this movie with a mutual friend of Diane Fossey who was with her two months prior to her death. Allison Brookes (anthropologist - worked with the same gorillas) filled me in with all the pertinent blanks (omitted for political reasons) and made all the errors or embellishments known - which proved so insightful and all the more human - filled with pathos - a real tear jerker .
