I had a blast watching this film!
As a fan of the books, someone who has read almost all of the series, I felt like a kid again watching the villains from my childhood in the big screen.
The movie is just pure fun popcorn entertainment. That nostalgia was brought back with a heavy dose.
Jack Black was superb as R.L Stine the author of the books. It's actually a fun little plot. Movies like this I just don't see how negative things can be said.
I'm 30 yet I felt 14 again. Fun movie with fun twists and fun action sets!
