Goosebumps is a very enjoyable movie. It is the definition of a really fun movie. There was not a dull moment in the film. I really enjoyed the frantic pace of the film. A lot of people weren't a fan of it, but I enjoyed it.
I really liked the cast. Jack Black gives a fun performance as R.L Stine. I liked the kids in their respective roles. Jillian Bell is really funny in her small role. There is a lot of good humor in this film.
The film isn't the best movie for kids. There are a lot of other kid friendly movies that have a much more emotional core to the story. This really doesn't. Also, there is a twist in the film that I spotted from a mile away.
Still, this is an insanely fun movie that should definitely be checked out.
