Review of Goon (2012) by Matt L — 31 Oct 2012
In terms of a hockey movie, it was loads of fun. Seann William Scott plays a loveable, innocent goon. The interplay between him and Alison Pill is actually cute and refreshing. If you don't like hockey, chances are you won't get this movie and all of the little things that they got right.
It will be a classic like Slap Shot, easily.
