Warning: do not be misled by the sneaky US trailer for this, which promises a terrifying, dreamlike mindfuck of a horror film - Goodnight Mommy is actually a preposterously dull wannabe psychodrama - cold, pretentious and horribly predictable, devoid of pretty much everything you'd want in a horror film except for some stylish camerawork.
A real shame.
