Review of Goodnight Mommy (2015) by Dave E — 24 Jun 2016
This is a film about a woman who comes home from hospital swathed in bandages. Her 9 year old twins don't believe it's their mother and slowly take more extreme steps to make her tell them where she is.
It has a sense of foreboding all over it as they descend into what I can only call sadism. Then the truth starts to emerge. This is certainly not to everybody's taste and I don't think it is to mine.
