Review of GoodFellas (1990) by Pcgamr12 — 28 Apr 2012
I saw this movie right after I saw Godfather 3. I needed a god mobster movie to wash out the bad taste of the last one. Goodfellas did just that. The acting was all around excellent. Not one person in the movie stood out as a particularly bad actor.
Ray Liotta's first person narration works really well and helps us get to know the character all that much better. The story kept me interested the whole way through, showing us Henry Hill's life and how cutthroat and dangerous the mob can really be.
