Review of GoodFellas (1990) by Reah L — 21 Jan 2015
Brilliant shots, plot, casting, and characters. Scorsese captures 'Wise Guys' so perfectly, its like a slap in the face. You see the wealth of the wise guys, begin to understand the appeal of the mob, and breathe the dramatic flare of the characters.
De Niro, Pesci, and Liotta create a perfect amount of greed, lust, rage and criminal activity to keep you going back for more. This film can be watched over and over and over again without loosing it's charm.
