While initially suspenseful and largely atmospheric overall, the story grows progressively implausible the further one gets into it. Clever coincidence and fortuitous synchronicity gradually descend into bald-faced contrivance, leaving viewers hard-pressed to believe in the credibility of the narrative.

By film's end, it will become obvious that a good time wasn't had by all.
