A classic film from Williams, and definitely one of the best Vietnam films ever made. The comedy is perfectly delivered in arguably the best comedic performance of his career. While it is a dramedy, there are some very real issues dealt with (and conveys them gracefully yet seriously). Although some of the dramatic parts seem ham-handed, this is definitely a film everyone should check out.
