Robin Williams finds here one of his best material support to display his talent and goofiness with flamboyance and an incredible energy. The film is more about the politics of the bureaucracy and hierarchy in the army than anything about the Vietnam conflict but it shows some interesting aspect of the conflict and what was happening away from the front line.

Williams steal the show from start to finish for our greatest pleasure. A memorable comedy.
