Review of Gone with the Wind (1939) by Spencer P — 16 Dec 2017
The rare Civil War film that doesn't have anything at all to do with slavery, this 4-hour production of beautiful cinematography, impressive extras amount, and flashy costumes not only is a questionable viewing choice for its thorough confederate siding, but also for a constantly maddening duo of selfish, low-life characters who unrealistically throw themselves into the spotlight, scene after scene.
