Review of Gone with the Wind (1939) by Cle S — 18 May 2014
It took me quite a long time to watch this classic. I often thought it would be a borefest or overwhelming romantic, but my expectations fortunately were not fulfilled. Actually the opposite happened and I was truly amazed by the acting, the cinematography, the dramaturgy etc.
If you have a liking for very long films (or films that have it all) you will surely enjoy this epic Dixie masterpiece.
