All aspects of this organized-crime homegrown Italian drama are done to utter perfection. Gritty character collage set against the always beautiful Italian landscape makes for an eclectic marriage of mediums almost as if Matteo Garrone threw his actors into a painting.
This is understandable considering Garrone's extensive 10 apprenticeship as a painter. If u like crime dramas or your just a Scorsese fan this flick is right down your alley. MUST SEE.
