Review of Gomorrah (2008) by Al D — 11 Jul 2010
Jarringly realistic and gritty in it's depiction of casual violence. A good look at low socioeconomic class mafiosos and similar losers as two clowns attempt to rise in the Camorra crime syndicates.
A standout in the gangster film genre. Quite different from the glamorized gangster movies. Brutally violent.
