Review of Goldfinger (1964) by Edgar C — 31 Dec 2012
Quintessential Bond masterpiece. Every single element you have seen in spy spoofs and classic detective stories are encompassed in Hamilton's most insanely entertaining flick and in Connery's best performance, in which you see that he was finally capable to fully adapt his physiognomy, his mannerisms and his accent to the most famous spy in the world: 007. Nobody else can pull off the classic lines in such an irresistible way like he did in Bond's best "Golden" days.
98/100.
