Pierce Brosnan I think is the best Bond character. Maybe if you grew up in the 70s he wasn't but for me its him. Its a good movie for 1995 standards. I love the character Boris and the wacky stuff he does.
Sean Bean is in it too and he does a good job playing the double agent. The ending is great, the plot is great, and Q-branch has some neat stuff for Bond as well. This is probably the 2nd best Bond film I've seen.
Go rent it and give it a watch!
