Brosnan's first appearance as Bond, and it's a cracker. An excellent set of villains in Alec Trevalyan, Xenia Onatopp and Gen Ouromov (oh, and er... Boris), the story moves at a good pace, the tank setpiece is a highlight, and it helped spawn the best Bond-related video game (you know, that one on the N64).
Rather good indeed.
