An episodic teen sex comedy set in 1950's Tel Aviv. Three friends essentially hang out and try to have sex with girls while a wall-to-wall soundtrack of 1950's pop songs play. The main plot thread involves the main kid Benny romancing teen princess Tammy.

What's most interesting about this film is that it's an English dub of the second film in the Israeli "Lemon Popsicle" film series. "Lemon Popsicle" is a Golan/Globus production that aimed to cash in on the success of "American Graffiti" and succeeded like wildfire.

An estimated 40% of the population of Israel saw the film, so it kicked off a long series and probably supplied Golan and Globus with the money they needed to buy Cannon and enter the US market. They later re-teamed with writer/director Boaz Davidson to remake "Lemon Popsicle" in the US as "The Last American Virgin".

"Lemon Popsicle" has an English dub, but it's rarely seen. For some reason, the English dub of "Lemon Popsicle 2" shows up all the time on public domain collections. Is it a good film? Well .

.. it's not a bad one. It sustains interest while never seeming to extend beyond a somewhat lazy cash-in.
