Certainly not a bad film - it's just a bland & unoffensive comedy. Not many laughs, but a few smirks, with most of the fun coming from watching three greats (Caine, Freeman & Arkin) interact, even if they're mostly phoning it in.
They rob a bank to get back at their former company that stops paying their pension. The end.
