Review of Going in Style (2017) by Stephen Y — 25 Apr 2017
Going in Style was a feel good comedy through and through. Amazing cast of Morgan Freeman, Michael Caine, and Alan Arkin turned an average script into a fun-to-watch movie. The acting was natural and impeccable.
The only complaint is that the movie was extremely predictable. Spoiler alert, i.e., the watch was going to give the identity away at the end, the little girl was going to not tell the truth to let them off, etc.
But again, it's how feel good comedies always go. Overall a fun watch.
