Review of Goin' Down the Road (1970) by Elinor I — 14 Mar 2007
Hillarious (for the characters honest cluelessness), Depressing for the same reason, and full of realism. If you've spend any time with working class folks talking about big ideas you have to hand it to these characters for giving thieir pipe dreams a whirl.
Not a moment of dull footage. An under appreciated mandatory flick for any movie fan. Just see it, man, I.
